This email is for the rest of you, to give you a preview of the type of domains you can expect on the monthly list.

It includes domains that are perfect for rank and rent sites, job boards, online tool sites, and for domain investing (there are a few nice “name” and “doctor” EMDs at the end).

Some of my favorites from the above list include:

  • SystemOfInequalities .com (main keyword gets 3,600 monthly searches, and the competition is super low based on my quick check of the first page of results).

  • GASalaryCalculator .com (main keyword gets 22,200 monthly searches, great traffic potential if you rank on the first page! Which shouldn’t be too hard with this hyper-relevant EMD).

  • FortWayneConcreteContractor .com (320 monthly search volume, Fort Wayne, Indiana has a population of 268,000, and concrete is one of the best niches for rank and rent sites).

One of the online tool site-related EMDs that’ll be on the list tomorrow is a calculator keyword with a monthly search volume of 90,500. It also has a domain authority of 4 already as it was previously registered (but since dropped).

And the particular niche it’s in has incredibly high traffic potential, even for new entrants.

For example, one of the competitor sites has a Domain Authority of 1, and 543,000 monthly visitors according to SimilarWeb. The domain was registered in January 2024! This site could easily be built with AI (unless you prefer hand coding).

And that’s just one of many fantastic opportunities on tomorrow’s list.
